SAFE 808L
SAFE 808L is an intelligent detector with voice warning and a digital display, equipped with the latest second-generation semiconductor multifunctional sensor technology for detection and early warning of the presence of almost all flammable and explosive gases (natural gas, methane, propane, butane). The device stands out for its stability, high sensitivity, and long sensor lifespan.
It is ideally suited for detecting gas leaks from all domestic gas appliances and gas boilers.
Description of the Device
Digital Display
For a more comfortable overview and control of the situation in case of an alarm, the SAFE 808L detector is equipped with an illuminated digital display, which shows the values of detected flammable gas in ppm units (i.e., parts per million). The digital display allows its users to distinguish and compare low and high values of potential danger, so they can respond adequately to the emerging situation or specify the concentration of the leak when reporting to the service organization.

Unique Voice Warning Function
Informs the user with a human voice (in Czech language) about current device states, for example: "Welcome to the flammable gas detector, please wait 3 minutes, the device is initializing." In case of danger detection, the acoustic alarm signal of the detector is accompanied by repeated messages informing about the detected danger: "PLEASE ATTENTION! GAS LEAK!".
Voice warning is such a great user assistant for immediate recognition of information messages issued by the device.
Maximum Reliability
The multifunctional integrated sensor of the detector meets the highest European safety standards and is certified and calibrated based on the EN 50194 standard (standard for electrical appliances for detecting flammable gases) without any further need for regular service calibrations. The device is microprocessor-controlled and signals gas leaks both optically and acoustically. The second-generation sensor performs continuous air testing for the presence of dangerous levels of gas concentration in the monitored area.
Uncompromising Guardian of Safety
Most flammable and explosive gases are odorless under normal circumstances. Therefore, in order to be easily recognizable by smell in case of a leak, most gases are colored (odorized) with special chemical substances. Whether or not the gas is odorized, the SAFE 808L detector sensor is factory-configured for reliable gas detection so that it triggers an alarm before reaching a certain concentration threshold, which in case of further increase represents a potential risk of hazard and safely protects your health and property.
TEST Function
The detector is equipped with a TEST button with a function that serves to artificially simulate the presence of gas and allows verification of the operational capability of internal circuits through an automatic efficiency monitoring system, testing of acoustic signalling and visual warning LED signalling.

Protection Even in Case of Power Failure
Semiconductor catalytic combustion sensors for detecting flammable and explosive gases require constant power supply from the electrical grid. The SAFE 808L detector is powered from a 230V / AC network, but unlike most conventional detectors, it features an integrated fast-charging converter and a compartment for a backup 9V NiMH battery (standard package does not include the battery), which provides maximum protection for a certain period in case of electrical power failure.
Areas of Use
The SAFE – 808L gas detector is ideally suited for detecting gas leaks from all household gas appliances and gas boilers. It detects all flammable gases commonly found in households. It is also used in residential spaces that include kitchens with gas stoves, domestic boiler rooms with equipment burning natural gas, propane-butane, or rooms where gas equipment is located, such as: gas cylinders, tanks, gas pipes, garages for gas-powered vehicles, school chemistry and physics workshops and laboratories, etc.
